Express diagnostic · free

Tell us what your chat does and we will sit down with it

The more you tell us, the better the diagnostic gets.

This form takes a few minutes, and it is not short on purpose. Your chat serves your customers when you are not there: it answers at night, on Sundays, and to the person who was about to buy from you. We are going to talk to it the way a customer does — and to know whether what it answers is right, first we have to know what it should have answered.

You do not have to fill in everything. But every field you leave empty is a part of your business we will have to guess, and you cannot audit by guessing.

01 The chat

Where it lives and what it is built with. This tells us whether we can talk to it, and how.

If you do not know, that is fine: we can work it out by looking at the site.

Where does it answer?
02 What it is allowed to do

This is the question that changes everything downstream. The more you let it do, the more expensive its mistakes are — and the more work it is to audit. Tick everything that applies.

Several can apply. If you are unsure about one, tick it: better that we look and rule it out.

What is it allowed to do today?
03 The size

How much ground the audit has to cover. A chat handling three services is not the same job as one with four hundred products and live stock.

A round number is enough. It tells us how often a given failure repeats per month.

Do you sell nationwide?

Zones, costs and lead times. This is the table every number your chat says gets checked against, and the source of half the invented data we find.

04 The written truth

A failure is the distance between what your chat said and what you wrote down. With nothing written there are no failures, only opinions — and an opinion cannot be fixed. If the answer is "nothing", that is not a problem: it is the first job.

Where is it written down, what the chat may say?

We do not need it for the free diagnostic, but with it the report goes from "this sounds off" to "this contradicts your page 4".

Can you share it with us?

Discounts, hard dates, exceptions, refunds. The thing that would make you jump out of your chair if you read it in a conversation.

05 You

Last one, and the shortest.

What are you after?

A hunch counts. It is usually right, and it tells us where to start looking.

Has a customer ever complained about something the chat said?

Optional. It helps us know whether to add the accessibility trap to your audit — the one family almost nobody tests, and in several countries it is already required by law.

Do you know if anyone who cannot see, or who dictates instead of typing, uses your chat?

We answer within 48 hours. None of this is shared with anyone.
